At Imanij Nonprofit Assistance, we are committed to providing professional, timely, and high-quality services to every client. Because our services require time, planning, strategy, preparation, and/or access to professional resources, we have established the following Refund and Cancellation Policy to protect both the client and the business.

By purchasing, enrolling, signing up, or agreeing to receive services from Imanij Nonprofit Assistance,, the client acknowledges and agrees to the terms listed below.

1. General Refund Policy

All payments made to Imanij Nonprofit Assistance, are considered final unless the refund request meets the requirements outlined in this policy.

Refunds are not automatically granted. A refund may only be considered if the client makes contact within the required time period, clearly explains the concern, and allows Imanij Nonprofit Assistance, the opportunity to provide a reasonable solution, correction, revision, or service adjustment before a refund is considered.

Our goal is to resolve concerns professionally and fairly. Therefore, before any refund is approved, we will first attempt to correct the issue and provide a solution that aligns with the services purchased.

2. Two-Week Refund Review Period

Refund requests must be submitted within two weeks/14 calendar days from the original date of purchase, payment, signed agreement, or service start date, whichever comes first.

Refund requests submitted after the 14-day period will not be eligible for review or approval.

The two-week period does not guarantee a refund. It only provides the time frame in which a refund request may be reviewed. The client must still meet all other requirements in this policy.

3. Required First-Week Communication

If a client is unhappy, dissatisfied, confused, or concerned about the service, the client must contact Imanij Nonprofit Assistance, immediately and no later than the first week/7 calendar days after the service begins or payment is made.

This first-week communication is required so that we have the opportunity to understand the concern early and provide a solution before the service continues.

Failure to contact us within the first 7 calendar days may result in the refund request being denied, even if the request is made within the 14-day review period.

4. Resolution Before Refund

Before a refund is considered, Imanij Nonprofit Assistance, reserves the right to offer a resolution. A resolution may include, but is not limited to:

  • Clarifying the service or deliverables

  • Revising or correcting work, when applicable

  • Scheduling a follow-up consultation or review

  • Providing additional instructions or support

  • Adjusting the service process

  • Offering an alternative solution that addresses the client’s concern

The client agrees to participate in the resolution process in good faith. A refund will not be issued simply because the client changes their mind, fails to provide required information, misses appointments, does not complete assigned steps, or chooses not to participate in the solution offered.

5. Services Already Rendered

Refunds will not be issued for services that have already been completed, delivered, accessed, downloaded, reviewed, or substantially performed.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Consultations

  • Strategy sessions

  • Business reviews

  • Digital products

  • Downloadable templates

  • Custom documents

  • Completed forms

  • Marketing reviews

  • Website or social media reviews

  • Business planning services

  • Grant-related preparation

  • Coaching or training sessions

  • Any customized work started on behalf of the client

Because time, expertise, research, and preparation are involved, any work already performed may be deducted from any refund amount if a partial refund is approved.

6. Cancellations

Clients may request to cancel ongoing services by contacting Imanij Nonprofit Assistance, in writing.

Cancellation requests must be submitted before the next billing date or scheduled service period. If a payment has already been processed, the payment will be reviewed under this Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Cancellation does not automatically qualify the client for a refund. If services have already started, work has been performed, appointments have been reserved, documents have been prepared, or access has been granted, the client may not be eligible for a refund.

7. Missed Appointments and Client Delays

Refunds will not be issued if the client misses appointments, fails to respond, does not submit requested documents, delays communication, or does not complete required intake forms, assignments, or next steps.

Clients are responsible for communicating in a timely manner and providing the information needed for services to be completed properly.

8. Digital Products, Templates, and Downloadable Materials

All sales for digital products, templates, downloadable materials, workbooks, guides, forms, and online resources are final once access has been granted or the product has been delivered.

Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are not available after download, access, or delivery unless required by law.

9. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

To request a refund review or cancellation, the client must contact us in writing at:

The request should include:

  • Client name

  • Date of purchase or service start date

  • Service purchased

  • Reason for concern

  • Explanation of what resolution is being requested

  • Any supporting details or documentation

We will review the request and respond within a reasonable time frame.

10. Final Decision

Imanij Nonprofit Assistance, reserves the right to approve, deny, or partially approve refund requests based on the facts, timeline, work completed, client communication, and the terms of this policy.

Any approved refund may be reduced by processing fees, administrative fees, completed work, consultation time, digital access, or other costs already incurred by the business.

11. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing services, submitting payment, signing an agreement, booking a consultation, or accessing any product or service from Imanij Nonprofit Assistance,, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Imanij Nonprofit Assistance, values client satisfaction and will make every reasonable effort to address concerns professionally. However, refunds are limited and must follow the communication, timing, and resolution requirements described in this policy.
